Strawberry Rhubarb Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. thinly sliced fresh rhubarb
    1 c. slices fresh strawberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease an 8-cup Bundt pan or ring mold; set aside.
    In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, oil, egg and vanilla.
    Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. When dough is completely blended, lightly fold in rhubarb and berries.
    Pour into greased pan.
    Bake 25 minutes or until center tests done.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
