Quick Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large can tomato puree
    2 c. potatoes, diced
    2 carrots, diced
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. uncooked rice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in large pan.
    After browning, add remaining ingredients.
    When mixture is steaming, reduce heat to low setting and cook 45 to 60 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
