Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium pork chops
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    5 medium potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Roll pork chops in flour, salt and pepper.
    Brown in small amount of oil in skillet.
    After chops are browned, add about 1 cup water in skillet and mix with brown drippings.
    Set aside.
