Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 stick margarine, melted
3 whole eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can Angel Flake coconut
Preparation

Mix flour with sugar.
Add beaten eggs, margarine, buttermilk, vanilla and 2/3 cup coconut.
Mix well.
Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
Sprinkle remaining coconut over pie. Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
