Davie'S Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground lean beef
    2 cans medium taco sauce
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can chicken rice soup
    1 can green chilies, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 onion, diced
    1 garlic clove, minced
    salt and pepper
    soft cornmeal tortillas
    3 or 4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown beef.
    Add remaining ingredients except tortillas and cheese.
    Bring to boil.
    Layer beef mixture and tortillas in a casserole.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Cover and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serve in casserole.
