Chicken Paprika - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    white meat, 1 c. per person
    onion
    garlic
    salt
    bay leaf
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    paprika
    small can drained mushrooms
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Simmer chicken with onion, garlic, salt and bay leaf until tender.
    Save stock.
    In heavy pan melt butter and add flour, make roux.
    Add paprika and slowly add about 2 cups of the stock and mushrooms.
    Slowly add cut up pieces of cooked chicken and sour cream.
    Serve over thin spaghetti or rice.
