Miniature Sausage Pizzas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

ground Italian sausage (1 lb.)
Mozzarella (8 to 10 oz.)
green onions, chopped (1 to 2)
sliced mushrooms (1 jar, 8 oz.)
cocktail rye
mayonnaise
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown sausage thoroughly, adding green onions.
When cooked, add mushrooms and Mozzarella, stirring until cheese is melted.
Remove from heat and add 1 to 2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
Spread mixture onto cocktail rye and bake for 15 minutes.
Great little appetizer!
