Cheese Round - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups grated sharp cheddar
    4 cups grated mild cheddar
    1 small onion, grated
    1 tsp ground red pepper
    1 c mayo
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1 small jar strawberry preserves
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients. Stir in 1/2 c pecans. Stir remaining 1/2 c pecans in bottom of greased bundt pan. Spread in cheese mixture. When ready to serve, turn onto platter and spoon preserves in center. Serve with favorite crackers. Should be made day ahead in order for flavors to blend.
