Seafood Casserole Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. uncooked long grain rice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 can chicken with rice soup
    1 c. (7.5 oz.) crab meat, drained and flaked
    1 c. (4.5 oz.) shrimp, drained
    1/4 c dry white wine
    1 Tbsp. instant dry onion
Preparation
    In skillet, brown rice with butter.
    Add mushrooms with liquid and remaining ingredients.
    Add 1/4 cup water.
    Turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and bake, covered, for 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes and fluff with fork.
    Serves 6.
