Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1/3 c. water
1 c. pumpkin
1 2/3 c. sifted self-rising flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients.
Sift dry ingredients and stir in.
Beat until smooth.
Pour in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch long pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or longer until done.
