Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. canned pumpkin
2/3 c. water
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Grease 3 (1 pound) coffee cans.
Sift first 5 ingredients together and set aside.
In a large bowl, blend sugar, oil and eggs.
Add pumpkin and water.
Mix all together well.
Pour into greased coffee cans and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
