Crock-Pot Meatballs In Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 lb. ground veal
    1/4 lb. lean ground pork
    1/4 lb. bulk sausage
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    gravy (follows)
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly all ingredients except gravy.
    Shape into meatballs and brown in skillet or on broiler rack in a 400\u00b0 oven. Prepare gravy in crock-pot.
    Add meatballs.
    Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 9 hours (on high setting for 3 to 4 hours). Makes 4 to 6 servings (about 2 quarts).
