Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag hash brown potatoes (loose kind)
    1 (6 oz.) sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    Cheddar cheese, grated (2 c. or more if desired)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together in large mixing bowl.
    Place in 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole dish and bake at 425\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
