Lemon Berry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
    1 (6 oz.) graham cracker crust
    1 pt. strawberries, halved
    2 c. cold milk
    2 pkg. lemon instant pudding
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese, milk and sugar in medium bowl with wire whisk until smooth.
    Stir in lemon juice, lemon peel and 1 1/2 cups whipped topping.
    Spread on bottom of graham cracker crust, then add a layer of strawberries on top.
    Mix 2 cups milk with pudding mixes with wire whisk for 1 minute.
    Let stand for 1 minute or until thickened.
    Gently fold 1 cup whipped topping mix and add on top of strawberries.
    Refrigerate for 4 hours.
