Turkey-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. cream of celery or mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) can green peas, drained
    1/4 c. chopped pimiento
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 c. cooked chopped turkey
Preparation
    Place rice in a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Combine soup, mayonnaise, peas, pimiento, salt, pepper and turkey.
    Pour over rice.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
