Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour, plain
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    In a greased 2-quart baking dish, layer one-third of the potatoes.
    Combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle one-third over the potatoes. Top with one-third of the onions. Combine soup and milk.
    Pour one-third over onions.
    Repeat layers twice. Combine bread crumbs and margarine.
    Sprinkle over top.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0
    for
    hour.
    Uncover and bake for 30 minutes more. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
