Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. water
    4 c. diced potatoes
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown onions in butter in same pot you are cooking soup. After onions are golden brown, add water, salt and potatoes.
    Cook until tender.
    Add milk and bring to boil.
