Maple Cookies(From Canada) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. butter, softened
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 large eggs
    1/3 c. maple syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt in bowl.
    Beat butter with sugar until light.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating until light and fluffy.
    Beat in syrup and vanilla.
    Gradually add dry ingredients, beating just until blended.
    Wrap dough and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
