Cheese Bread(2 Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 c. water
    2/3 c. milk
    3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. water
    sesame seed
Preparation
    Mix 2 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast.
    Heat water and milk until very warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
    Add to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
    Add cheese and 1/2 cup flour.
    Beat at high speed for 2 minutes.
    Stir in enough flour to make stiff dough.
    Knead 8 to 10 minutes.
    Place in a greased bowl and turn to grease top.
    Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
