Ingredients

2 1/2 c. butterscotch custard
2 bananas, sliced
1 c. flaked or shredded coconut
5 stemmed maraschino cherries
Preparation

Using 1/2 cup custard for each parfait, alternate layers of custard, sliced bananas and coconut in each of 5 parfait glasses. Repeat layers once.
Top with sliced bananas, coconut and cherries.
