Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries (do not drain)
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add rest, stirring carefully. Mix by hand (not mixer) and stir just enough to blend.
    Grease and flour 4 small loaf pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cool 30 minutes and remove carefully.
    Wrap tightly to store thoroughly cooled. May be frozen.
