Potato Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium potatoes
2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
5 to 7 c. plain flour
2 c. potato water
1 Tbsp. salt
3/4 c. Crisco
Preparation

Cook potatoes in enough water to have 2 cups of potato water. Put water aside to cool.
Mix yeast, salt and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
Cream potatoes while hot with Crisco.
Add potatoes, potato water with yeast, salt and sugar.
Let sit for 2 hours. Then work in flour.
