Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    5 small lemons
    8 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. meal
Preparation
    Grate outsides of all 5 lemons.
    Squeeze juice from all the lemons.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into two pie shells (unbaked).
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife comes back clean.
