Baked Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1/2 c. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook rice according to directions; set aside.
    Lightly grease 9 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Combine rice, cheese, chilies, onions and parsley; mix.
    Melt margarine.
    Beat eggs and combine with milk and margarine.
    Mix with rice mixture.
    Spoon into greased baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
