Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar, salt, zucchini and vanilla.
    Sift dry ingredients together; add to zucchini mixture.
    Stir in nuts and raisins.
    Pour into 2 large loaf pans or 4 small pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
