Spaghetti With Herbed Tomatoes And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    2 Tbsp. olive oil or salad oil
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    3 medium tomatoes, diced
    2 tsp. basil (fresh or dried)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti according to the directions on the package.
    In the last few minutes of the cooking of the spaghetti, place a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat; add the olive oil and stir until oil is hot.
    Cook the garlic in the oil until tender.
    Stir in tomatoes, basil and salt; heat through, stirring occasionally. Drain spaghetti.
    Return spaghetti to pot; add tomato mixture, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 4.
