Microwave Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 slices bread
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. raisins
    apple
    1/4 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/4 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Spread bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle evenly with dry ingredients. Peel apple; cut into bite size pieces.
    Add to bread.
    Measure milk into 1-quart measuring cup.
    Add butter.
    Microwave on High 4 minutes.
    Stir eggs into milk.
    Add vanilla, cinnamon and sugar to taste.
    Taste for flavor of eggnog.
    Pour mixture over bread and apples.
    Mix up and microwave for 9 to 12 minutes.
