Meatball And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, onion, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
    Shape into 18 meatballs (1 1/2-inch diameter).
    Brown in oil.
    Drain.
    Place in greased baking dish. Mix together rice, celery, green pepper, soup and water.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Bake 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 5 minutes longer.
