Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. round steak
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 onion, sliced
    1/2 c. Heinz 57 sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut meat into serving pieces.
    Dredge meat in mixture of flour,
    salt,
    paprika
    and
    pepper.
    Brown well in shortening. Add onion, 57 sauce and water.
    Pour over meat.
    Cover.
    Simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until meat is tender.
    Thicken liquid with a flour and water mixture.
