Baked Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon (2 c.)
    2/3 c. milk
    1 c. soft bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Flake salmon and combine all ingredients.
    Place in well-greased 6-cup muffin pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
