Macaroni And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. elbow macaroni
    1 (10 1/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
    1 1/2 c. crushed rich round crackers
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped ground pepper
    1/4 c. chopped pimiento
    2 hard-cooked eggs, cut into wedges
    1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Cook macaroni.
    Drain well.
    Combine soup, cheese, 1 cup crackers, mushrooms, milk, onion, ground pepper and pimiento. Stir in macaroni.
    Turn mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle on remaining 1/2 cup crackers.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Top with eggs.
    Makes 6 servings.
