Oven-Fried Ginger Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. sesame seed
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 chicken breast halves, skinned and deboned
    1/2 c. unprocessed bran
    butter flavored, nonstick vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Mix the flour, pepper, sesame seed, ginger and bran together in a small bowl.
    Spray the chicken with the vegetable cooking spray and then dip in soy sauce.
    Coat with the ginger mixture and place in a metal baking dish which has been coated with nonstick spray. Now lightly spray one more time with the vegetable cooking spray and drizzle the remaining soy sauce evenly over all chicken breasts.
    Sprinkle bran crumbs on top.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for about 40 minutes or until tender.
