Apples 'N Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 (3 oz.) vanilla pudding (not instant)
    1 egg
    2 c. apples, sliced and steamed
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, baking powder and softened butter; mix well.
    Add pudding, milk and egg; beat 2 minutes.
    Grease 9 x 9-inch pan or 10-inch pie pan.
    Pour in batter; arrange apple slices on top of batter.
    Combine cream cheese, sugar, milk and egg.
    Beat smooth.
    Spoon over batter to within 1-inch from edge.
