Heath Bar Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    1 can eagle brand milk
    1 tub cool whip
    1 jar caramel
    1 pkg. of heath bar chips
Preparation
    Mix cake mix as directed.
    Bake cake until done.
    Remove from oven; poke holes in cake while hot.
    Pour milk and caramel over cake.
    Let cool, then spread on cool whip and sprinkle with chips.
