Sfinges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    oil to fry powdered sugar
Preparation
    In a bowl, beat egg and sugar until light.
    Add Ricotta cheese and blend well.
    Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Add dry ingredients to egg mixture; alternate with milk.
    Blend well.
    Drop by tablespoon into deep, hot oil.
    Fry 2 to 3 minutes, until golden.
    Turn one time.
    Drain on paper towel. When cool, dust with powdered sugar.
