Surprise Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
dash of salt
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. chocolate chips

Preparation

Mix cake according to package directions.
Fill cupcake cups half full.
Mix cream cheese with sugar.
Beat in egg and salt; stir in chocolate chips.
Drop one teaspoonful of cream cheese mixture into each cupcake cup.
Bake as directed on cake mix package.
