Stuffed Turkey Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 large fresh mushrooms
    1 tsp. liquid Butter Buds
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 lb. lean white meat skinless ground turkey
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. grated nonfat Cheddar cheese or 4 oz. cheese slices, chopped
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
    1/4 tsp. basil
    2 Tbsp. low-fat Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. chunky style spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Remove the stems on the mushrooms and chop.
    Heat liquid Butter Buds in a skillet and cook the onion and ground turkey. Add the chopped mushroom stems and other ingredients.
    Cook this mixture about 5 minutes.
    Stuff this mixture into the mushroom caps and sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Preheat broiler and place in oven for 2 to 4 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Yields 20 stuffed mushrooms.
    Per serving: .75 fat grams and 33 calories.
