Rich Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1/3 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. water (lukewarm)
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 eggs, beaten
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine scalded milk, margarine, sugar and salt.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Soften yeast in 1/3 cup lukewarm water.
    Stir and combine with cooled milk mixture.
    Add
    1/2 flour and the beaten eggs; beat well.
    Add enough of the remaining flour to make a soft dough.
    Turn out on a lightly floured board and knead, about 10 minutes or until smooth and satiny.
