Apricot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
    1 3/4 c. dried apricots, chopped
    Grand Marnier or Triple Sec
    1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. whipping cream (1 pt.) or you may use Cool Whip
    sugar to taste
Preparation
    Bake and cool pie shell.
    Place apricots in small saucepan and cover with Grand Marnier.
    Place pan over medium heat, boil, cover, turn off heat and leave pan on burner.
