Tangy Yellow Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium squash, thinly sliced
1/2 c. thinly sliced green onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. sliced celery
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. salad oil
2/3 c. cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed

ingredients and mix gently. Cover and refrigerate at least 12 hours before serving.
