Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Grease 9-inch pan.
    Soften cheese at room temperature and beat in large bowl until fluffy.
    Gradually add sugar and eggs; beat well after each one.
    Fold in vanilla and sour cream.
    Bake 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Turn off oven and leave cake in oven for 1 hour. Chill after cake has cooled.
