Cayman Islands Raspberry Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf day-old bread
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed
    8 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 qt. half and half, scalded
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Pour scalded cream over bread.
    Blend sugar, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon in blender.
    Pour over bread and let soak 30 minutes.
    Fold in raspberries and pour into buttered Pyrex dish or spring-form pan.
    Bake in water bath for 1 hour until puffy and firm.
