Crock-Pot Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef chuck or stew meat, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. diced celery
    4 carrots, cut into chunks
    3 potatoes, cut into chunks
    2 onions, chopped
    1 1/2 c. beef broth or tomato juice
    1 clove garlic
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 Tbsp. tapioca
    pepper
    2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet (optional)
Preparation
    Place meat in pot.
    Mix flour, tapioca and pepper; pour over meat.
    Stir to coat meat with flour.
    Add remaining ingredients; stir to mix well.
    Cover; cook on low for 10 to 12 hours (or on high for 4 to 6 hours).
    Stir stew thoroughly before serving.
