Chocolate Trifle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box devil's food cake mix
    2 small size pkg. chocolate pudding mix (not instant)
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk (not sweetened or condensed)
    1 bag Heath toffee bars
    1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
    1/2 to 3/4 c. Amaretto or Kahlua
    12 oz. whole milk
Preparation
    Make cake as directed in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Let cook and cut into bite-size pieces.
    Cook pudding as directed using evaporated milk (whole milk and liqueur of choice in the amounts listed). Chill until set.
