New England Christmas Eve Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp
1 lb. lobster
1 lb. scallops
1 1/4 c. brown rice
3/4 green pepper, chopped
3/4 med. onion, chopped
2 cans sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. worcestershire
1 c. peas
3/4 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook seafoods and peas.
Cut scallops in half, also shrimp if they are large.
Cook rice 30 minutes. Saute green pepper, onions and mushrooms.
Mix together mayonnaise, curry powder and worcestershire.
Combine with peas, seafood, salt and pepper.
Place in lightly greased 3 qt. casserole and bake for 35 minutes.
