Pecan-Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pecans*
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 (9-inch) high-fluted pie crust
Preparation
    *First, toast 1 cup of pecans in oven at 350\u00b0 for approximately 8 minutes; stir once.
