Tomatoes Fines Herbes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium tomatoes, sliced
    2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    3 Tbsp. olive or salad oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. crumbled dry tarragon
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 Tbsp. minced chives or onion
    freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    Arrange tomato slices in serving dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over tomatoes.
    Let stand at room temperature at least 1 hour before serving.
    Makes 3 to 4 servings.
