Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    6 oz. cream cheese, softened
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs on high speed for 3 minutes.
    Gradually add dry ingredients; stir in pumpkin.
    Grease jelly roll pan.
    Pour batter into pan.
    Top with crushed nuts.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 375\u00b0. Turn out on cloth covered with confectioners sugar.
    Roll up in cloth (dish towel works well).
    Let set until cool.
    Unroll; spread with cream cheese mixture.
    Roll and chill.
