Sour Cream Raisin Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick oleo
3 eggs
1 c. raisins
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. lemon extract
dash of nutmeg

Preparation

Melt oleo.
Beat eggs.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven until set (20 to 25 minutes).
This can be baked in a crust and topped with Cool Whip.
