Doyle'S Dilly Of A Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lemon
    1 stick of butter
    1 small green pepper
    pinch of sugar
    1 small onion
    1 small can stewed tomatoes
    2 whitefish filets
    dill weed
Preparation
    Melt butter and add lemon juice.
    Thinly slice onion and diced green pepper.
    Place fish in a buttered glass baking dish.
    Brush with lemon butter and sprinkle with dill.
    Spread tomatoes over filets and add pinch of sugar.
    Spread onion and green pepper next. Pour remainder of lemon butter over top.
    Sprinkle dill over all. Place in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until tender.
